- Acting on Own BehalfYou must be acting entirely on your own behalf when using sis66. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, accepting funds from a third party to wager, or sharing your account credentials with any other person are all prohibited acts under these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of the sis66 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. The following obligations apply to your account at all times.
- Accurate InformationYou must provide your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your true age. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, KYC investigation, and potential forfeiture of all balances.
- Password SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. sis66 will never ask for your full password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility.
- KYC Verificationsis66 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in your account being placed in a restricted state until verification is satisfied.
- Unauthorised AccessIf you become aware or have reason to suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sis66 support immediately. sis66 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate password security.
- Account Non-TransferabilityYour sis66 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, your account balance, or any bonus entitlements to another person. Any attempted transfer is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment account registered in the same name as the sis66 account.
- No Third-Party Paymentssis66 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in a name other than your registered account name. Any funds received from a third-party payment source will be returned and the associated sis66 account may be suspended pending investigation.
- CurrencyAll account balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on sis66 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sis66 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is initiated in a foreign currency through an international card, the conversion to BDT is performed by the card network at their prevailing rate; sis66 is not responsible for the exchange rate applied.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
sis66 offers various bonus and promotional programmes to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.
- Wagering RequirementsAll bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of that period.
- One Bonus Per PromotionEach registered player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including by registering additional accounts — is bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.
- sis66's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotionssis66 reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion, suspend a promotion, or withdraw an unclaimed promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and begun wagering will not have those wagering requirements retroactively changed.
- Bonus Abusesis66 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy rollover requirements, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and exploitation of technical errors or glitches in the platform. Where bonus abuse is detected, sis66 may confiscate all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may permanently close the account.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sis66. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where required by law.
- Fraud and Money LaunderingUsing the sis66 platform to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity, or conduct any fraudulent financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant financial authorities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns.
- CollusionCoordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hole-card information in live poker, is prohibited. sis66 reserves the right to void all bets and winnings associated with identified collusion and to close all involved accounts permanently.
- Automated ToolsThe use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the sis66 platform without human input is strictly prohibited. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
- ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to sis66, while retaining the associated gaming balance, constitutes fraud. sis66 will immediately suspend any account subject to a chargeback and recover the disputed amount from the account balance where possible.
- HarassmentAny form of abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at sis66 staff or other players through the platform's support or chat channels is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
sis66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The following provisions govern account suspension and closure.
- Grounds for Suspensionsis66 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has failed to complete KYC within a required timeframe, or where a payment dispute has been initiated against sis66 by the account holder.
- Voluntary ClosureYou may request the closure of your sis66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
- Effect of Termination for BreachWhere an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited tools — sis66 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, and to retain those funds as compensation for administrative costs and damages incurred.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sis66 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical fault, loss of data, loss of account access due to a forgotten password, or any interruption in service availability.
sis66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of certain or all services. sis66 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where operationally practicable but does not guarantee this in all circumstances. No compensation will be payable for service interruptions except where sis66 has specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game display error that results in an incorrect outcome or an erroneous balance credit, sis66 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the account balance to its accurate pre-error state. Players may not exploit such errors; any winnings derived from an identified technical error are not withdrawable and will be removed from the account balance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the sis66 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, typography, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of sis66 or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal online gaming only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the sis66 platform without prior written consent from sis66. Any unauthorised use of sis66's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable civil and criminal law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sis66 operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through our internal complaints process. sis66's internal complaints process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
